- Privacy Policy
Information That May Be Collected
When a visitor submits a contact form, sends a WhatsApp message, sends an email, makes a telephone call or otherwise communicates with RPR Legal Nexus, information such as the visitor’s name, telephone number, email address, location, type of consumer dispute, name of the opposite party or company, date of the incident or rejection, amount involved, present stage of the matter, factual summary and documents voluntarily submitted may be collected.
The website may also collect limited technical information such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, device category, referring source, pages viewed and general website activity where analytics, website security, spam-control or similar technical services are enabled.
Visitors should provide only the information reasonably necessary to understand and respond to the enquiry.
Purpose of Collecting Information
Information submitted through the website may be used to receive and respond to enquiries, conduct a preliminary conflict or suitability review, understand the nature of the consumer issue, determine whether the matter falls within the principal practice areas and service area, request relevant documents or clarification and arrange a consultation where appropriate.
The information may also be used for maintaining professional and administrative records, protecting the website against misuse, fraud, spam or security threats, improving website content and performance and complying with applicable legal, regulatory, professional or record-retention obligations.
Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee that the matter will be accepted.
Sensitive and Unnecessary Information
Visitors should not send passwords, one-time passwords, complete debit or credit card details, internet-banking credentials, unnecessary Aadhaar information, unrelated medical records, unnecessary identity documents, confidential information belonging to another person, unlawfully obtained materials or original documents through the website or WhatsApp.
Where an identity document becomes necessary for a specific professional purpose, unnecessary numbers and unrelated information should be redacted wherever reasonably possible.
Medical, Financial and Case Documents
A visitor may voluntarily provide insurance policies, rejection letters, medical records, bills, agreements, payment records, bank statements, credit reports, notices or other documents for preliminary review.
Submission of such documents does not create a lawyer-client relationship, confirm acceptance of the matter, guarantee confidentiality equivalent to a formally accepted professional engagement or amount to legal advice. Visitors should submit only documents reasonably connected with the enquiry.
RPR Legal Nexus may decline to review, retain or respond to unsolicited, excessive, irrelevant, suspicious or unlawfully obtained documents.
Consent and Use of Information
By voluntarily submitting information, the visitor authorises RPR Legal Nexus to use the information for receiving, assessing and responding to the enquiry and for connected lawful professional, security and administrative purposes.
Where consent is the applicable basis for processing, the visitor may withdraw it by sending a written request. Withdrawal will not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may be subject to statutory, professional, security, contractual or record-retention requirements.
Sharing of Information
Information may be accessed or processed by service providers reasonably necessary for the operation of the website and professional communications. These may include website hosting providers, website developers, email providers, contact-form services, security and spam-prevention services, analytics providers, cloud-storage providers, document-management services and communication platforms such as WhatsApp.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, court order, regulatory authority, professional obligation, security concern, investigation or the protection of lawful rights.
RPR Legal Nexus does not sell personal information to advertisers.
Third-Party Platforms
When a visitor communicates through WhatsApp, Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or another external platform, the terms and privacy policy of that platform will also apply.
RPR Legal Nexus does not control the independent collection, storage, processing, transmission or security practices of third-party platforms.
Retention of Information
Enquiry information and submitted documents may be retained for a reasonable period for responding to the enquiry, conflict checking, administrative records, security, avoidance of duplicate or abusive enquiries, professional record-keeping, legal compliance or defence of a legal or professional claim.
Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted, anonymised or archived, subject to technical, professional and legal requirements. No representation is made that every enquiry or document will be retained permanently.
Information Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures may be used to protect information under the control of RPR Legal Nexus. However, no website, email service, messaging platform, cloud service or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Visitors submit information electronically at their own reasonable risk and should avoid transmitting unnecessary sensitive or confidential information.
Requests Concerning Personal Information
A person may contact RPR Legal Nexus to request confirmation of information voluntarily submitted, correction of inaccurate contact information, withdrawal of consent where applicable, deletion of information subject to lawful retention requirements or clarification concerning the use of submitted information.
Reasonable identity verification may be required before acting on such a request.
Privacy-related requests may be sent to rprkeralaservices@gmail.com or communicated through 9400222945.
- Website Disclaimer
General Legal Awareness Only
All articles, service-page content, FAQs, videos, checklists and other materials published on this website are provided solely for general legal awareness and informational purposes.
The content should not be treated as legal advice, a legal opinion, medical advice, financial advice, insurance advice, a prediction of the outcome of a case or a substitute for individual professional review of the relevant facts and documents.
Laws, rules, regulations, insurance terms, limitation periods, procedures and judicial interpretations may change. Website content may not reflect every subsequent amendment, judgment, circular, regulatory clarification or factual distinction.
No Lawyer-Client Relationship
No lawyer-client relationship is created merely because a person visits the website, reads an article, submits a contact form, sends a WhatsApp message, sends an email, makes a preliminary telephone call, shares documents or follows RPR Legal Nexus on a social-media platform.
A professional relationship arises only after the matter has been reviewed, conflicts and suitability have been considered, RPR Legal Nexus expressly agrees to accept the engagement, the scope and terms of engagement are settled and any required professional documentation and fee arrangement are completed.
An acknowledgment, initial reply, preliminary discussion, request for documents or failure to respond should not be treated as acceptance of the matter.
Confidentiality of Unsolicited Enquiries
Visitors should not submit highly confidential, sensitive or time-critical information until RPR Legal Nexus confirms that the matter can be considered.
Although reasonable care may be taken with communications received, an unsolicited enquiry or document submission does not automatically create a professional duty of confidentiality equivalent to a formally accepted engagement.
Where a conflict of interest exists or the matter is not accepted, RPR Legal Nexus may be unable to advise or represent the person.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Articles, service descriptions, past experience, reviews, general legal principles and preliminary communications do not guarantee acceptance of a matter, insurance approval, settlement, compensation, refund, correction, favourable order, success before a Consumer Commission, Ombudsman, court or authority, duration of proceedings or recovery of any claimed amount.
Every matter depends on the facts, documents, applicable law, limitation, jurisdiction, evidence, policy terms, opposing case and procedure of the relevant forum.
No Reliance Without Individual Review
A visitor should not commence, delay, discontinue, settle, withdraw or otherwise alter a legal proceeding solely on the basis of website content.
Urgent limitation periods, appeals, notices, replies, medical-treatment decisions, insurance-claim requirements and procedural deadlines require prompt individual advice based on the relevant records.
External Links
The website may contain links to government portals, regulatory authorities, maps, videos, social-media platforms and other third-party resources. These links are provided for convenience and general reference.
RPR Legal Nexus does not control and does not accept responsibility for the accuracy, availability, privacy practices, security, content or continued operation of external websites. The presence of a link does not amount to endorsement unless expressly stated.
Accuracy and Website Availability
Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain accurate and useful content. However, no assurance is given that every page is complete, every statement remains current, every link will continue to work, the website will operate without interruption or every technical error will be corrected immediately.

A visitor must not submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, upload unlawful or malicious material, send stolen credentials, misuse the contact form, send spam or abusive messages, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, systematically scrape website content or use the website to threaten, defame or harass another person.
Documents submitted through the website must be genuine, relevant and lawfully obtained. The website must not be used to misrepresent that a person has received legal advice or entered into a professional engagement with RPR Legal Nexus.
Acceptance or Rejection of Enquiries
RPR Legal Nexus may request additional information, decline an enquiry, stop responding to abusive or irrelevant communications or decline matters outside the principal practice areas, service area, jurisdiction or professional availability.
A matter may also be declined due to conflict of interest, limitation concerns, urgency, insufficient documents, inappropriate forum, professional considerations or other suitability issues.
No reason is required to be provided for declining a matter unless applicable law or professional obligation requires otherwise.

RPR Legal Nexus may rely on information supplied for preliminary assessment and will not be responsible for consequences arising from false, incomplete, altered or suppressed information.
